MFS Barn Rules

With the intentions of keeping our facility safe, clean, and around for years to come; we ask that anyone coming and going do their part to help us with this. We thank you all for your help, support, and understanding. -Maier Family

Grass

Yes this is a farm, however, a recently built farm that is still very susteptible to erosion. We have spent lots of money on rock, seed, and material to establish this site. We ask that all vehicles park on the rock on the lower landing. Upper landing is strictly for unloading equipment, handicap vehicles, and barn staff (no exceptions). Never is it an option to turn around or graze our yard. With that said we do ask that indiviuals walking also stay on the gravel, and all animals as well.

No Outside Animals

Due to having our own animals who may react differently to others, we ask no outside animals. Also, due to potential spread of disease, no outside animals. We raise anything from exotics, dogs, to horses (of course). So for everyones safety best we just dont tempt fate.

Clean Up

This is driven more towards our boarders, staff, and riding clients. If your horse poops any where outside its pen on the main property (exception trails and roads) please take the time to clean it up. Stall forks and wheel barrows are always available.

Boarders Barn Hours

Mondays-Saturdays 8A-8P

Sundays 3P-7P

Unintentional Loitering

Though we enjoy meeting new people and sharing our passion of horses, we would encourage people to contact a barn employee to setup a time for viewing the property/animals and/or to ask any questions you may have.

No Smoking/Alcohol

This is self explanatory. This is a family friendly environment that interacts with animals, neither smoking or alcohol are tolerated here.
